Experience saved the day on this felt installation at Valencia College. Angles, angels, angels made the manufacture’s instructions ‘hand trim and butt seams,’ impossible. These seams had to be double cut to have an invisible seam. There was no other way. Double cutting is overlapping the felt and then cutting through both layers at the same time to perfectly match the seams.
